Leon J. Endres
Founder & Principal
Leon J. Endres is the founder of Endres Holdings and the driving force behind the family's investment activities. Leon grew up on the Endres family farm in Hampton, Minnesota, where he first identified the opportunity that became Endres Processing LLC.
Founded in 1991, Endres Processing pioneered the large-scale conversion of expired bakery and snack food products into feed supplements for livestock, growing to ten facilities before its acquisition in 2014. Leon is a partner in the Endres family farm, serves as a director of several privately held enterprises, and is an active investor and advisor to startup companies.
Ryan Endres
Director of Operations
Ryan Endres serves as Director of Operations for Endres Holdings, overseeing the day-to-day management of the family's portfolio, coordinating with property managers, investment partners, and advisors, and driving the firm's technology and operational strategy.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of St. Thomas, with a minor in Business Administration. Before joining Endres Holdings, he built his career as an engineer at Boston Scientific, Abbott Laboratories, and other medical device companies, bringing a disciplined, systems-oriented approach to portfolio management and operations.
